P-10 · Nightly Trial Balance for Rezlynx. A pre-formatted nightly trial balance emailed to your finance team at 06:00 UK time as a PDF and CSV, with room revenue, F&B revenue, non-revenue, payments and adjustments pre-split by VAT rate.
The module pulls the Rezlynx night-close file through the official Rezlynx API using your Rezlynx login, reconciles revenue against payment settlements, flags any adjustment that has not settled, and renders the file into two artefacts: a two-page PDF designed to be read on a phone before breakfast, and a normalised CSV designed to be dropped straight into your ledger tool. Bank feeds match the following morning without the manual reformat.
It integrates with your Rezlynx account via the official Rezlynx API using your Rezlynx login and sits alongside Rezlynx PMS — does not replace it. Monthly billing, cancel anytime; up to eight recipients per property, VAT-configurable for UK, IE and IoM organisations.
