P-12 · Data Warehouse Bridge for Rezlynx. Streams reservations, rate changes, folio activity and revenue postings from your Rezlynx PMS to a Snowflake, BigQuery or Redshift warehouse every hour, in a normalised schema your BI team can query directly.

The bridge reads incrementally through the official Rezlynx API using your Rezlynx login, transforms each entity into a stable warehouse schema (properties, rooms, reservations, folios, rates, revenue) and lands each hourly batch into your warehouse under a rezlynx.* namespace. Late-arriving updates are merged idempotently; historical corrections back-fill without breaking downstream views. Ships with a Looker LookML block, a Metabase model and a Power BI semantic model for teams already using one of those tools.

It integrates with your Rezlynx account via the official Rezlynx API using your Rezlynx login and sits alongside Rezlynx PMS — does not replace it. Monthly billing, cancel anytime; warehouse compute charged by your provider directly, not by us.
