P-11 · OTA Reconciliation for Rezlynx. Reconciles Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda and Hotelbeds commission statements line-by-line against your Rezlynx reservations, flags every disputable line, and pre-writes the dispute email for each one.

The module ingests OTA statements (via CSV upload or email forwarder), matches each line to a Rezlynx reservation through the Rezlynx API using your Rezlynx login, and applies matching rules that ignore trivial differences (one-pence rounding, currency conversion drift) while surfacing substantive ones (full commission on a cancelled stay, commission on a no-show that Rezlynx flagged void, commission on a stay that Rezlynx has as a walk-in). The reservations manager reviews a filtered list and sends the pre-written dispute email in one click.

It integrates with your Rezlynx account via the official Rezlynx API using your Rezlynx login and sits alongside Rezlynx PMS — does not replace it. Read-only against Rezlynx, no writes. Monthly billing, cancel anytime. Median recovery in the pilot properties was £5,900 per month.
