Enquiries arrive through a web form on your site or via an email parser, are triaged by rules (size, date, deposit history, tour operator category) and dropped into Rezlynx as tentative blocks through the Rezlynx API. The M&E lead sees each enquiry with the current availability against the block, gets a nudge if the release date passes without a confirmation, and can quote or refuse in one click. The record trail lives in Rezlynx from the moment the enquiry lands.

It integrates with your Rezlynx account via the official Rezlynx API using your Rezlynx login and sits alongside Rezlynx PMS — does not replace it. Monthly billing, cancel anytime; supports up to 400 open enquiries per property with unlimited historical enquiries archived.
