P-06 · Corporate Ledger Manager for Rezlynx. A dedicated workspace for the negotiated corporate rate contracts that sit alongside your Rezlynx public inventory — contract dates, blackout periods, minimum-stay clauses, LRA/BAR-linked pricing, and the annual re-negotiation schedule.

The module tracks every corporate contract in one place, alerts your sales lead when a contract is 60 days from expiry, and posts the current corporate rate cells into Rezlynx through the Rezlynx Rates API so the reservations team never sells a corporate room at the wrong price. When a contract renews, the new rate cells are staged and pushed live at midnight on the effective date; the old ones are archived with the change reason.

It integrates with your Rezlynx account via the official Rezlynx API using your Rezlynx login and sits alongside Rezlynx PMS — does not replace it. Contract PDFs stored encrypted in the UK; monthly billing, cancel anytime. Supports single properties and clusters up to 40 hotels on a single corporate contract.
